PLEASE BE SURE TO PROVIDE A WORKING EMAIL AND PHONE NUMBER TO RECEIVE YOUR CONFIRMATION AND MY LOCATION AND DIRECTIONS. LOCATION WILL BE SENT 24 HOURS BEFORE APPOINTMENT. THE TEXT WILL SEND A BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DIRECTIONS AND THE EMAILED DIRECTIONS WILL BE MORE IN DEPTH. IF YOU BOOK AN APPT LESS THAN 24 HOURS PRIOR YOU MAY NEED TO REACH OUT TO ME TO RECEIVE MY LOCATION IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE THE CONFIRMATION TEXT & EMAIL.
SPECIAL APPOINTMENTS
You can not book more than 30 days in advance or same day. Appointments outside of my regular work hours may be available upon request and is an additional $20 to your desired look. You will need to contact me directly to schedule these appointments as they will not show on my booking site. Same day/last minute appointments are rare and require a 50% deposit.$100 for same day appointments (dramatic glam +$20).
DEPOSITS
NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-NEGOTIABLE DEPOSITS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL SERVICES. NO DEPOSIT=NO APPOINTMENT. NO EXCEPTIONS.
DEPOSIT MUST BE PAID AT THE TIME OF BOOKING AND WILL BE CREDITED TOWARDS YOUR TOTAL BALANCE. IF YOU DO NOT PAY YOUR DEPOSIT THROUGH THE WEBSITE YOU CAN SEND IT VIA CASHAPP, VENMO, APPLE PAY OR ZELLE. NO DEPOSIT=NO APPOINTMENT. I DO NOT HOLD SPOTS. Deposits are non-refundable and can only be transferred once!
HYGIENE
I take hygiene seriously. All makeup products and brushes are kept sanitary and disinfected. All products are sanitized between every makeup application. Any skin condition should be reported prior to your appointment. Day of your appointment please make sure your skin is clean and free of any product. By booking & paying the deposit client agrees to release the artist from liability for any skin complications due to allergic reactions.
Courtesy Rules
There is a 10 minute grace period. If you are more than 10 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited. Plan accordingly for your appointment. It’s recommended not to book an appointment if you have obligations right before or right after your appointment. Allow yourself time to take on any of your obligations :-)
IF YOU ARE GOING TO BE LATE OR CAN'T MAKE YOUR APPOINTMENT PLEASE CONTACT ME.Please do not show up to your appointment more than 10 minutes early. I use time in between clients to clean and sanitize.
Please come with eyebrows groomed prior to appointment and remove any unwanted facial hair and dead skin. Please come to your appointment with a fresh and bare face.
No one may accompany you to your appointment. Any extra people will be asked to wait in the car, leave, etc.
I will take a picture or video before and after your makeup application. This is for proof/confirmation that the appointment took place. (If you are absolutely uncomfortable with pics or videos please let me know).
I do NOT travel.
Please refrain from being on your phone while I'm doing your makeup. I WILL NOT work over you being on your phone. After the 2nd or 3rd time your phone is in the way I will not continue to do your makeup.
I do not offer only eye makeup.
Remaining balance must be paid in cash, Apple Pay, Venmo, Zelle or through the website. Please bring exact change if paying remaining balance in cash. I do not always have change on hand.
You can reschedule an existing appointment within 4 hours of your scheduled appointment time. Anytime after that will require a new deposit.
You will NOT be able to book with me again if you NO CALL NO SHOW.
